Abstract Objective To identify the correlation between level of at-admission fasting blood glucose (FBG) with poor outcomes in hospitalized patients suffering from severe fever thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS). Methods Between April 1 and December 1, 2020, list affected SFTS infection was provided by Infectious Disease Department at First Affiliated Hospital Anhui Medical University, followed collection information I.e., gender, age, diabetic history FBG on admission. Results In this study, a total 77 were included categorized into three groups (< 5.6, 5.6–6.9, ≥ 7.0 mmol/l) basis their blood.
